These terms do not alter your statutory rights as a consumer.
Please add your items to the shopping basket by clicking on the basket icon next to the item. You can also add any item to your favourites page. You can review the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the view shopping basket link at the top of the page. When you are ready to complete your order, min £7, please proceed to the checkout. You will receive a confirmation email to say that your order has been successful.
We aim to send all orders out within 1 – 3 working days, this can vary due to our attendance at bead fairs around the UK. If an item is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative. We do not process payment until an order is complete. You will not be charged for items that are not in stock. Any shortages or faulty items received must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.
By UK law you can cancel any order within 7 working days of delivery. Please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your goods. Consumers are liable for the cost of return postage, please ensure you obtain proof of posting.
All items ordered are sent by 1st class. (Recorded Delivery Optional for £1 extra) The cost is £2.25 including packaging and insurance up to the current post office rate. We waiver this cost for Bead Spider members whose orders are over £45.
Your parcel cannot be delivered to an address other than your billing address. (This has been stipulated by our bank) Should you be unavailable to sign for your package, please arrange delivery with your local sorting office.
Standard Airmail: Europe and Republic of Ireland
Cost is £6.00. Delivery is within 3 – 7 working days.
International Signed For: Europe and Republic of Ireland
Cost is £11.00. Delivery is within 4 – 6 working days. Your parcel will be compensated up to the value of £500 in the event of loss or damage, the parcel is signed for upon receipt.
Customers are responsible for any charges incurred when their parcel is accepted into their country such as Import Duty and tax charges.

We accept the following forms of payment:
Credit/Debit Cards – We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron and Maestro ) Card Payments are processed through our secure gateway ‘Stripe’.
Paypal – We accept Paypal payments, you will be redirected off site to PayPal to login and complete your purchase.
We are confident that you will be satisfied with your order, however if anything does not meet with your full approval we will gladly replace it at cost of return postage or a refund will be given (less postage cost) within 14 days of receipt. Please note if beads are purchased on a string they must be returned as so, and all returned products must be unused. Please note: We cannot accept returns of earwires due to hygiene reasons.
If you do decide to return anything please contact us first, the goods should be returned in their original packaging and unused. Goods should be securely packaged and proof of posting is advisable when returning as we cannot be responsible for returned damaged goods or lost goods.
